Personal tRaining LEVELS, EXPLAINED!
Finish Fit® personal trainers range in level from Level 1 to 5 based on experience and education. Each Level includes some of the industry’s most talented and committed trainers. We use reality, not algorithms, to match you to a trainer. Your goals, fitness level, schedule and medical history are all vital. And as you progress, your trainer will too, staying ahead of the curve on trends and technology. Throughout your experience, you’ll get road-maps that bring results. Because results are why you’re here.
Level 1 - The instigator
Its all about a firm foundation! your trainer will help improve your strength, conditioning, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
Qualifications: at least 1 personal training certification plus a minimum of1 year experience.
Level 2 - the problem-solver
take your workout to the next level. Your trainer is an experienced problem-solver with firm coaching experience. You'll improve your foundation and get more specialized training. Conditioning, functional movement patterns will improve!
qualifications: at least 1 personal training certification and 1 specialty certification plus a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Level 3 - The specialist
get ready for a focused and motivating workout program. Trainers are seasoned veterans with a broad range of experience specializing in areas such as weight loss, weight gain, pre/post natal, triathlon training, and sports conditioning.
qualifications:at least 1 personal training certification and 2 specialty certifications plus a minimum of to 3 years of experience.
level 4 - the veteran
your trainer has advanced certifications in nutrition, health management, and fitness programming. In other words, you'll see better results than you can possibly imagine!
qualifications: at least 1 personal training certification and 4 specialty certifications plus a minimum of 5 years experience.
level 5 - the master
your trainer excels in health and fitness delivery. They are "master" trainers with a minimum of 10 years experience who have learned from top exercise academicians. They utilize an elite approach to fitness which includes state-of-the-art technology, fms scoring in addition to vo2 max, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility testing.
qualifications: at least 1 personal training certification and 7 specialty certifications plus a minimum of 10 years experience.
Our Trainers will train you at any location within a 25mi radius of glendale, CA. iF YOU WISH TO TRAIN IN A GYM SETTING, WE CAN TRAIN YOU AT A local private training studio near you (included in the cost of your training).
